Refunds and cancelling

Refunds

If Premium doesn't work for you, you can get your first payment back within 14 days, no questions asked. Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt or write to support@highlightforge.app. Premium ends when the payment is refunded. Your videos and your own styles stay on your PC.

Later payments can be refunded when something on our side kept the app from working; just ask. This doesn't limit any right to withdraw or get a refund that your local consumer law gives you.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the app (Settings → Account → Manage subscription) or from the link in your receipt. Premium keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then you're back on the free plan.

Who charges you

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds the tax that applies where you live and sends the receipt. The charge on your statement comes from Lemon Squeezy.
